- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Randy at the front desk has no clue what she is doing. Wanted to charge me $134 for a visit when my co-pay is $25 and the appointment I was there for was a covered appointment with no co-pay. I went for my next visit that was my physical and she tried to charge me again. Telling me that's not what she had me down for that day. She really needs to get her act together and if she doesn't understand insurance and co-pays, take a class. I am an informed patient and have already called me insurance and know what is and isn't covered. I wonder how many people she has taken un-nessasary money from.June 17, 2017by Amanda Shealer
