- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had an appointment at 1pm on Sunday. Was told by an associate that they would get me back as soon as they could. Several other people waiting in waiting area in addition to myself. After waiting 25 minutes and listening to the front desk associate and two other employees discuss random topics, was alarmed to hear the staff begin to discuss the fact that the doctor was very late. One employee stated that in her opinion if a doctor has appointments beginning at 12:30, that doctor should be there on time. Another patient and i made eye contact and I asked her what time her appointment was scheduled, she said 1pm. This was the same time as mine. The time was already 1:25, almost an hour past the first patients appointment, according to the employees conversation. This was very disappointing to overhear and to learn. This is very unprofessional and a terrible way for a business to be run. I ended up cancelling my appointment.February 17, 2017by Rachel Foster
