- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had Workers Comp. Insurance with this company. The agent that I dealt with did not record the information that I provided to her. And that Palmetto requires this information. Some how she doesn't remember any conversations. Her neglect is now costing me $1700. I have reported them to the BBB and they are looking into them also. So please, DO NOT get any kind of insurance with this "so called" insurance company, eventually they will rip you off.
